Immediate position available. MUST be an experienced Commercial T.I. Project Manager.
We are a fast-paced Door/Frame/Hardware Tenant Improvement Commercial Door Subcontractor. This is not a glazer, installer, or millworking position. This is a Project Manager position (experience required).
From start to finish, we manage top-notch, quick-scheduled commercial projects (primarily tenant improvements) in the Orange County and Los Angeles areas, specifically in the area of providing Doors/Frames/Hardware materials and installation management. We have a solid reputation in our industry and are looking for a talented, experienced, detail-oriented candidate. We've been in business since 1997 and are a strong, competitive subcontractor in the commercial industry.
Candidates considered for this position MUST be customer-service savvy, self-motivated, and able to run projects immediately.
Candidates that will be considered must satisfy or exceed the following qualifications:
Knowledge of Aluminum Frames, Hollow Metal Frames, Timely Frames
Knowledge of Wood Doors, Hollow Metal Doors
Complete knowledge of Finished Hardware (Mortise and Cylindrical)
Detail-oriented
Able to read blueprints
Competent in coordinating fast-paced schedules
Strong personal work ethic
Excellent communication skills on all levels (verbal, written and follow through)
Embraces customer service as #1 priority
