Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to deliver timely service
Handle food handling duties responsibly, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is highly desirable
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team and assist guests confidently
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or culinary background, including hotel or banquet experience, will be advantageous
