The Sr. Manager of Clinical Programs is responsible for working with clinical SMEs to create, maintain, and measure infection control practices and vaccination processes. The Manager will interface with diverse functional lanes has a high level of visibility with senior leadership given the strategic and collaborative nature of the work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support Infection Prevention Director with projects, including managing processes, driving the right set of analyses, and presenting the conclusions to leadership
- Build strong relationships with internal partners (Infection Prevention, Operations, Risk, Clinical Support, IT, etc.) and external vendors
- Full life cycle of process development: define gaps between current state and optimal state, determine needs to overcome gap, and execute to achieve optimal state
- Create and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan
- Develop and improve credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools when appropriate
- Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams of clinical, operational, and senior business leadership
- Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, and resource requirements
- Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes
- Oversees and manages Analyst, Clinical Operations project portfolio; provides coaching and project sponsorship, removes barriers as necessary
- Successfully manages relationships with leaders and clinical teammates at all levels, and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, and manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue
- Supports divisional leadership in managing goal tracking, scorecards, project portfolio management, business reviews, and supporting projects
- Oversees division-wide growth initiatives
- Draws upon continuous improvement tools to structure and incubate improvement opportunities
Education & Experience Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or graduate degree in a healthcare related preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role required
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, preventive care models, and/or integrated care models preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- At least 2 years of project management experience required

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
