We are looking for
Milk tea and Boba enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, transparency, and good business practices.
Dedicated people with excellent customer service skills.
Availability to work over weekends.
Must be Positive, friendly and approachable.
Competitive pay and Full in-house training.
List of mjor job responsibilities metnioned here include the following but are not limited to these:
Preparing Boba and Brewing Tea
Prepping ingredients, stocking essentials, Inventory, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping.
Inventory count and updates as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business as opening and closing duties including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area and follow health and safety guidelines.
NOTE: Job duties mentioned here are just as an example but it could be more based on in shop requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in cash handling and using cash registers
Salary and Tips are always paid on time.
Weekend shift is required in addition to weekdays.
