💰 Salary Range: $70,304 – $75,000 annually
Overview

As the Assistant Director of Culinary Services, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting a dedicated culinary team. This position goes beyond daily operations—you’ll help create moments of dignity, joy, and connection for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare work schedules to ensure proper staffing for all shifts
• Assist in supervising culinary staff and support performance improvement efforts
• Help develop and implement standardized, efficient work methods
• Monitor absenteeism and tardiness and address concerns appropriately
• Meet regularly with the Director to review menus, resident feedback, and procedural matters
• Support high standards of food quality, service, and safety
Qualifications
• Ability to pass a pre -employment physical and TB test
• Fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification
• Prior culinary leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
