This is an educational, referral-driven sale.
Our model is structured and consultative.
It is built on long-term homeowner relationships — not pressure tactics or hard-closing environments.
Managers must be able to align with a professional, system-based approach.
Our proprietary referral program typically reduces reliance on canvassing within 60–90 days.
However, strong managers must be capable of leading from the front while building their teams.

Requirements
• 2+ years direct sales experience
• Team leadership experience
• Coachable and system-oriented
• Professional presence
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
W2 salary position with structured advancement.
