Key Responsibilities
• Implement a strategic recruitment plan for personal development and leadership education programs
• Facilitate and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective candidates and clients
• Conduct high-level discovery calls
• Represent the organization with professionalism and authenticity
• Align recruitment marketing efforts with the values of personal growth and ethical influence

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience
• Experience selling high-ticket programs, professional services, or transformational education preferred
• Strong consultative sales skills (not transactional)
• High integrity and alignment with personal development principles
