The Position
This is a full-time, W-2 position for someone who has taken their first step into the electrical trade and is ready to build a real career. We will take you where you are right now and train you into something exceptional. But here is what we need to be clear about from the start: if you are looking for a job to punch a clock, collect a paycheck, and go home with no desire to grow, this is not the right place for you.

You will work alongside our licensed electricians in the field on residential and HOA panel replacement projects throughout Orange County. You will assist with material handling, job site setup, pulling wire, and supporting the crew in whatever the work requires. Over time, as you earn it, your responsibilities will grow.

What We Are Looking For

- You have some electrical exposure and hold a current ET card (Electrical Trainee card issued by the CSLB), or you are actively enrolled in an electrical trade program.
- You are the type of person who is promotable. You show up, take initiative, and do not need to be managed to death.
- You are reliable and punctual. Every day, not most days.
- You are physically fit and ready to do real work. Lifting, carrying, working in tight spaces and on ladders is part of the job.
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- You are coachable. You take direction, ask good questions, and actually apply what you learn.
- You want to be part of something, not just employed by someone.
- You are willing to enroll in and complete an apprenticeship program as part of your path forward.
- A Plus, Not Required: Prior construction experience or trade school background will be considered favorably.
