We are a small and established residential remodeling company based out of north Orange County looking to hire a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in residential remodeling. The candidate will work alongside our team and subcontractors on projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole house renovations and room additions.
Job sites are primarily in north and central Orange County.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Opportunities for rapid advancement.
This is a full-time, 40/hr per week, W2 position. No sub-contractors or W9 applicants.
Responsibilities to include:
- Clean up job sites daily, organize tools, and help maintain a safe work environment
- Prepare job sites for other trades / subcontractors
- Perform punch-list work (training to be provided)
- Perform light demo, framing, and basic finish carpentry (training to be provided)
Qualifications
- A strong interest in residential construction
- Exceptional punctuality and attendance
- A desire to learn and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and personable attitude with clients
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Will need your own hand tools (e.g. tape measure, hammer, crow bar, etc.)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Pay: $25 / hr
