Karma Dog Training, a nationally recognized dog training company founded in 2005, is expanding in Garden Grove and surrounding Orange County areas.
We are seeking a kind, reliable, and motivated dog lover to join our team as an independent contractor Dog Trainer / Behavior Specialist.
This is meaningful, hands-on work where you will make a real difference in the lives of dogs and the families who love them.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work directly with clients in their homes throughout Garden Grove, Anaheim, Westminster, Huntington Beach, and nearby areas, helping with:
• Puppy training and early development
• Basic obedience and communication
• Behavior modification (reactivity, anxiety, etc.)
• Teaching clients how to build calm, balanced relationships with their dogs
This role is as much about working with people as it is about working with dogs.

• You are coachable and open to learning our system
• You are comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
Experience is helpful, but not required.
Backgrounds in dog daycare, rescue, boarding, vet clinics, grooming, or training are all welcome.
