Closed Deals per Month:
1–9 deals: 1%
10–19 deals: 1.25%
20–29 deals: 1.5%
30–39 deals: 1.75%
40–49 deals: 2.0%
50+ deals: 2.25%
Top reps are consistently closing 3–5 deals per day.

📞 What You’ll Do
Handle high-volume inbound & outbound warm leads (no cold calling)
Consult with clients facing unsecured debt challenges
Present and close custom debt settlement solutions over the phone
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements (Must Have)
1+ year of high-volume phone sales experience, preferably in:
Debt settlement / relief
Tax relief / resolution
Student loan programs
Mortgage, timeshare, or financial services
Merchant cash advance / business lending
Solar or other high-ticket sales
Proven ability to close deals over the phone
Strong objection-handling and rebuttal skills
Comfortable working in-office full-time (Mon–Fri; optional Saturdays)
Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable
