Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking customer items safely
• Greet customers at job sites and perform a walkthrough before starting the job
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Support truck inspections and help maintain equipment inventory
• Work with your team to complete job paperwork and collect payments accurately

Qualifications
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Experience in general labor, moving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for handling estimates and payments
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (100+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and walking throughout the day
• Good coordination and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driver applicants)
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
