As a Marketing Associate, Listings Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy, you'll play a critical role in producing high-impact pitch decks and sales presentations that help Nasdaq's Global Listings business attract and retain companies across industries. You'll contribute to a team responsible for creating hundreds of pitch materials annually, translating complex value propositions into visually compelling narratives for prospective issuers.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences, managing projects from ideation through final delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, and Account Management teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
- Conduct company-specific research to understand marketing campaigns, competitive positioning, and key business themes that inform presentation content and storytelling approach.
- Research and interpret financial and market data from multiple sources to create clear, accurate, and compelling presentations.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Nasdaq's product offerings to tailor programs and communications for diverse client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, presentation design, or research, with demonstrated proficiency in creating client-facing materials.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel; experience with design tools like Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial research tools such as PitchBook or DealBook.
- Familiarity with capital markets, IPOs, or financial services industries.
- Background in marketing research or data visualization.
This position will be located in New York and requires on-site work 5 days per week.
