Estimator / Sales Manager – Signage (Dallas, TX – In Office)

We’re looking for a high-energy Estimator / Sales Manager to join a growing signage company supporting projects across the Southeast and Gulf Coast. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, estimating, and project visibility—and wants a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the sales pipeline and funnel from lead to close
- Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive project quotes across 5 core signage project types
- Track all activity in Salesforce, maintaining clean data, reporting, and forecasting
- Follow up consistently on quotes to drive conversion and revenue
- Analyze pipeline performance, trends, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with clients while identifying new opportunities
What You Bring
- Experience in outside sales (required)
- Strong comfort with CRM systems, reporting, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple quotes, timelines, and priorities without dropping the ball
- High energy, competitive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership
- Confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for pricing, margins, and project scope

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
- Commission + Bonus: Strong upside tied to performance
