Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- BSN and two years of home care experience as a community health nurse or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the aforementioned.

License/Certification

- License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.

Work Environment
- Majority of work is performed in offices that require working in close quarters with other employees. The offices are air conditioned/heated. Field work is in patient homes
