Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced
IT Support Specialist for our client, a leading provider of custom data centers in Tukwila!
This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent employee based onsite in Tukwila.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely technical support to end-users via helpdesk tickets, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Support and maintain Windows 10/11 environments, including troubleshooting and system configuration.
- Manage Microsoft Office Suite, Intune, and PowerShell tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Use ticketing systems (preferably Freshservice) to document, track, and close support requests.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper device and access setup.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, demonstrating consistent, real-world expertise.
- Strong customer service mindset with professional, personable communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and ticketing systems (preferably Freshservice).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate up to $45/hr, commensurate with experience. The organization provides a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
