Salary: $34.81-$41.85/hour
The posted salary reflects the full pay range for this position. Offers made to qualified candidates will be made within this range and will be determined by various factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors that would be critical to success in this role.
Position Overview: The IT Operations Specialist supports and manages technical services related to Bellwether Housing’s technology infrastructure, equipment, and applications. In this role, you’ll work closely with vendors and partners to provide end-user requests and incidents of remediation and training in support of these services.
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite. Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. The final schedule will be determined by the supervisor.
Your Impact:

Who You Are:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to travel to various properties as needed.
- Customer service and/or technology support service experience.
- Experience in collecting data from and analyzing current business processes to create improvement plans.
- Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Calendar, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, Word, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to various audiences and management levels within an organization.
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL Foundations or other ITSM experience/training.
- Experience with administering, installing, or managing security systems and building access control systems.
- Experience administering telephony systems/services, including POTS, cellular, and/or VOIP.
- Experience managing software licensing for a team, department, or organization.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience working with help desk technology and managing tickets.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
