Optomi, in partnership with a leading energy company, is looking for a Workstation Refresh Technician to support a project in the Charlotte vicinity.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals
- Prior experience using inventory or asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms)
- Comfort performing physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to workstation deployments, refresh initiatives, or comparable hardware rollouts
Responsiblities:
- Receive, track, configure, package, and ship end-user hardware such as PCs, monitors, docks, and accessories
- Update and maintain accurate asset records within ServiceNow
- Process and fulfill requests for hardware and related equipment
- Keep the hardware storage area organized and fully stocked
- Provide onsite support across multiple facilities in the greater Charlotte area
