- Provide dedicated white-glove IT support to CIO/CXO and senior leadership.
- Deliver end-to-end support for executive laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and application issues with minimal downtime.
- Support executive conference rooms, boardroom AV systems, and high-profile meetings.
- Assist with device setup, migration, refreshes, and executive onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPNs, and secure remote access.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance while supporting executive users.
- Provide after-hours or priority support as required for executives.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate issues/status professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Executive / VIP / White-Glove IT Support.
- Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device support (iOS/Android).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of networking basics (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN).
- Experience supporting conference room and AV technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical issues discreetly.
- Professional demeanor suitable for executive-level interaction.
