Job Summary
¿ Candidates must be Senior (10+ years) Project Manager with in depth experience managing Oracle PL/SQL/ Java Projects or similar development projects.
¿ Should have end to end knowledge on Agile methodology. Should have exp in tools such as Rally, Jira etc and have experience of driving Scrum teams
¿ Should have strong sense of ¿Ownership¿ and should be a Task master.
¿ Should be Strong in communication and Stakeholder management
¿ Should be very strong in presentation, reporting (creating status reporting in PPT, socializing/negotiating).
¿ Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects,
¿ Conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts. Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
¿ Provides overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts.
¿ Establish new and improves existing project management processes and methodologies for organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
¿ Provide strategic input to IT leadership and other leadership on all aspects of projects
¿ Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
¿ Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economic manner.
¿ Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines.
¿ Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
