Marriage & Family Therapist Position: Full-Time LMFT
Location: Washington
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 + Benefits
Position Details:We're hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and families through solution-based therapy. This full-time position focuses on structured care, emotional development, and collaboration within a care team.
Core Responsibilities:- Facilitate therapy sessions in a consistent weekly format
- Create individualized treatment approaches
- Address interpersonal challenges and family dynamics
- Keep clinical records updated and compliant
- Coordinate care with internal behavioral health teams
Requirements- Active LMFT license in Washington (Required)
- Master's degree in MFT or a related behavioral health field
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic models and interventions
- Organized and efficient with time and caseload management
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience preferred
