Role overview
Provide first-line IT support to client staff: troubleshoot Windows 10, Microsoft O365, mobile devices, basic networking, and supported applications; log and manage tickets; escalate to senior teams or vendors; and ensure timely follow-up and user satisfaction. Work onsite under close supervision as part of a small service-desk team.
Key requirements
- High School Diploma
- 6–12 months experience in desktop/help-desk support preferred
- Windows 10; Microsoft O365 suite
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking (IP/DNS/DHCP)
- Experience with SCCM or similar software deployment tools
- iOS and Android device support
- Strong troubleshooting, ticketing, and customer-service skills
- Reliable attendance
Preferred
- CompTIA A+
- Prior internal service-desk experience
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
