PositionWe are expanding our Technology team with dedicated engineering talent to support our firmwide AI transformation. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying intelligent agents and agentic systems that power a connected enterprise ecosystem. You will work closely with AI change agents, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to build scalable, AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable impact across the firm.

Our firmwide AI transformation is focused on embedding intelligent agents and agentic systems across the enterprise to create a connected, insight-driven ecosystem. We are a Microsoft 365 E5 and M365 Copilot-enabled, Azure-native enterprise actively building our own Copilot through Azure AI Foundry.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Build and configure agentic systems that support a connected enterprise ecosystem and integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365.
- Support the development of our internal Copilot agents and contribute to the broader AI transformation strategy.
- Stay current with AI trends and tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 2-3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML solution development.
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents and agentic systems in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand business problems, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Must be able to work onsite and travel as needed.
Skills- Experience with M365 Copilot integration and enterprise productivity tools.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and platform integration patterns.
- Agile development experience and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
Compensation RangeThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
