Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a
Commercial Contracts Manager based out of
Seattle, Washington;
Mesa, Arizona; Plano, Texas; Hazelwood, Missouri; or Englewood, Colorado. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with sales teams and aviation customers globally, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:- Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
- 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Juris Doctorate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- 10+ years of contracting experience
- Experience in the commercial aviation industry
- Experience in a leadership role

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $114,750 - $166,750
