Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

About the Job:

We are actively seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered therapy via a fully remote telehealth platform. This position allows you to create your own schedule, work from anywhere within California, and focus on what you do best - helping individuals, couples, and families thrive.

What You'll Do:

Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families managing a range of mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, etc.).
Complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with internal care teams and refer clients to additional resources as needed.
Attend virtual team meetings, peer consultations, and continuing education opportunities as required.
Maintain professional standards of ethics and care in accordance with California BBS regulations.

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the state of California (Required).

Must reside in California and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (pre-licensed therapists not eligible for this role).
Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency in treatment approaches.
Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation.
Reliable internet connection and a confidential, private space to conduct sessions.
