Key Responsibilities:
- Perform footing installation and preparation work at IVC
- Handle physical job site tasks and assist with ongoing construction needs
- Follow site safety guidelines and maintain a productive workflow
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and dependability (no slackers—must be results-driven)
- Prior experience with footings or concrete work is preferred
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Ability to work well in a team environment
