My Insulation Guy is looking to immediately fill a full time position as an Insulation Technician, no experience necessary.
Job duties include:
1) Insulation removal and attic cleaning
2) blown insulation and fiberglass batt install
3) radiant barrier install
4) air duct replacement.
Attic work is tough due to heat in summer and dirty work in general. I provide headlamps, gloves and suits. Need someone that will work hard and show up to work on time. Prefer candidate be lean and agile, as attics can be tight to work in at times. No back or existing health issues.
Someone with a clean driving record, meaning no DMV points against you or DUIs, is a major plus, as you may be needed to drive trucks if 25 years or older.
Prefer someone who lives no more than 30 minutes from Hemet, as we meet at the yard every morning and use work trucks. For those paying a lot in gas for long commutes, this job would save you a lot of money.
Benefits after 90 days is paid sick leave and 6 paid holidays off a year.
Lots of overtime is available.
