We are looking for motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Solar Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. In this role, you will engage homeowners in your assigned neighborhoods, educate them about the benefits of going solar, and schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.
No previous solar experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and have a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive pay while building valuable sales skills.
Responsibilities:
Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our solar energy solutions.
Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
Educate homeowners on the potential benefits of switching to solar.
Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants.
Accurately record customer information and appointment details.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally.
Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods.
Reliable transportation preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
