Looking for Reliable Job Coach/Personal Assistant/Driver
Thursday, Friday , and Saturday position. Looking for someone who can work with teen with autism as job coach.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Valid Driver's License and Good driving record
2. Background and Drug Testing Prior to Hiring
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Job Coach to support adults with learning challenges as they participate in community activities and build independence. You would be driving the company van.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick up and transport adult participant to community locations, such as libraries, parks, job site, fitness facilities, and recreational classes.
- Provide one-on-one supervision, job coach, encouragement, and support throughout daily activities.
- Advocate for participants while promoting independence, engagement, and positive social interactions.
- Communicate effectively and adapt to each participant’s individual needs and abilities.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Schedule:
Pay Rate: 20-23/hr. (Weekly Pay)
Service Areas: Corona/Pomona Valley
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 22 years old.
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license in good standing.
- Must provide proof of current vehicle insurance in their own name.
- Must be able to successfully complete applicable background screening and drug testing, consistent with applicable law.

No formal job coaching experience? On-the-job training will be provided to help you learn the responsibilities of the position for the right candidate.
