Maintenance Technician -Helena Mobile Park
• Performs building, plumbing, and equipment maintenance; janitorial services; and groundskeeping, emergency repairs
• Perform daily health test on pool and spa
• Assist manager with routine space inspections
• Performs building, equipment, and grounds maintenance including minor repairs, light carpentry, painting, plumbing upkeep of the park.
• Perform health test on pool and close pool daily.
• Provides year-round groundskeeping and janitorial services such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, trash removal.
• Cleans and maintains tools and equipment; manages inventory of cleaning and gardening supplies; picks up and disposes of trash and debris.
• Schedules and perform routine and preventative maintenance for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Reports on major repair and maintenance issues and recommendations to Manager.
• Performs other duties as needed.

• Preferably one year’s experience in performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, building maintenance, janitorial, landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of operation of light equipment, hand tools and tools commonly used in maintenance and repair
• Pool maintenance certification is preferable but not required
• A friendly, outgoing personality with great attention to detail
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with a variety of people & personality types
• Desire to help others and a willingness to learn
• Bilingual a plus
Pay
• $16.90 - $20.00 an hour
