Groundforce Geo Construction is hiring full-time Geotechnical Construction Specialists. We are a proud bilingual crew specializing in ground engineering, earth retention, and structural support.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED in all specialties – we provide full on-the-job training. We cross-train our team across multiple trades. Expect to perform multiple tasks daily (e.g., tying rebar in the morning, placing shotcrete in the afternoon).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Operate specialized drill rigs (micro piles, anchors, soil nails, soldier piles, caissons).
- Install rebar and welded wire mesh.
- Mix/pump specialized cement grout and shotcrete.
- Assist with heavy material rigging, precision excavation, and concrete placement.
- Travel occasionally to job sites in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County ( per diem + lodging provided).
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- High motivation to learn; valid driver's license.
- Strong physical stamina (lift up to 94 lbs, stand outdoors).
- Ability to work well in a multicultural, bilingual team environment.

Groundforce Geo Construction (San Diego) busca Trabajadores en Construcción Geotécnica a tiempo completo. Somos una empresa bilingüe especializada en ingeniería de suelos, retención de tierra y soporte estructural.
¡NO SE REQUIERE EXPERIENCIA en todas las áreas! Ofrecemos capacitación completa en el trabajo. Buscamos personal flexible dispuesto a realizar múltiples tareas en un mismo día (ej. amarrar varillas por la mañana y colocar concreto lanzado por la tarde).
LO QUE HARÁ:
- Operar maquinaria de perforación (micropilas, anclajes, soil nails, soldier piles, caissons).
- Instalar varillas de refuerzo (rebar) y malla electrosoldada.
- Mezclar/bombear lechada de cemento (grout) y aplicar concreto lanzado (shotcrete).
- Ayudar con carga/descarga pesada, excavación de precisión y vaciado de concreto.
- Viajar ocasionalmente a Los Ángeles, Inland Empire y Orange County (se brindan viáticos y hospedaje).
