Maintenance Technician- Helena Mobile Park
· Performs building, plumbing, and equipment maintenance; janitorial services; and groundskeeping, emergency repairs
· Perform daily health test on pool and spa
· Assist manager with routine space inspections
- Performs building, equipment, and grounds maintenance including minor repairs, light carpentry, painting, plumbing upkeep of the park.
- Perform health test on pool and close pool daily.
- Provides year-round groundskeeping and janitorial services such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, trash removal.
- Cleans and maintains tools and equipment; manages inventory of cleaning and gardening supplies; picks up and disposes of trash and debris.
- Schedules and perform routine and preventative maintenance for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Reports on major repair and maintenance issues and recommendations to Manager.
- Performs other duties as needed.

- Preferably one year’s experience in performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, building maintenance, janitorial, landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of operation of light equipment, hand tools and tools commonly used in maintenance and repair
- Pool maintenance certification is preferable but not required
- A friendly, outgoing personality with great attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with a variety of people & personality types
- Desire to help others and a willingness to learn
- Bilingual a plus
Pay
· $16.90 - $20.00 an hour
