LE FLEUR IV, We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Florist to lead our floral design team and elevate our luxury floral offerings. In this vibrant role, you will craft stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, manage floral inventory, and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise in floral design, horticulture, and retail operations will help create memorable experiences for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity. Responsibilities
Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for events, holidays, and everyday occasions, ensuring each piece meets high-quality standards.
Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and plant identification.
Manage floral inventory, including ordering supplies, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays to attract customers.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and retail math calculations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department, including tools, workstations, and storage areas.
Support outdoor work activities such as lawn care and landscape maintenance to enhance the overall store environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers via phone or in person to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Use organizational skills to plan daily tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience
Proven experience as a florist or in floral design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant identification, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
Prior retail sales experience with familiarity using POS systems, cashiering, and retail math is preferred.
Outdoor work experience involving lawn care or landscape upkeep is advantageous.
Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
