I am seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney for a limited-scope engagement in an active federal quiet title/wrongful foreclosure case.
I have litigated the case largely pro se and prepare my own motions, research, exhibits, timelines, and case materials. I am primarily looking for an attorney to be my voice and advocate at a settlement conference scheduled for November and the date is to be determined next week. I also have a bench trial February 4, 2027. I’ve been filing motions to get a jury trial.
The case is also presently set for a bench trial in February 2027, and I will likely need counsel to represent me at trial as well.
I am not asking an attorney to start from scratch or recreate years of work. I can provide organized evidence, briefing, exhibits, timelines, and proposed argument points so counsel can focus on presentation, strategy, negotiation, and advocacy.
The matter involves disputed title/foreclosure documents and significant evidentiary issues.
I am looking for a strong civil litigator with federal court, real-estate litigation, quiet-title, or wrongful-foreclosure experience who is open to a limited-scope or flat-fee arrangement.
