AtticXperts is hiring motivated crew technicians with experience in attic cleaning, insulation removal, rodent proofing, sanitation, crawlspace work, and re-insulation. We are looking for people who can move with urgency, take direction well, communicate properly, and maintain high-quality workmanship on every project.
This is not basic construction labor. We are a specialized attic remediation company focused on:
– Rodent contamination cleanup
– Insulation removal & replacement
– Rodent proofing / exclusion work
– Crawlspace remediation
– Attic sanitation & decontamination
– Air sealing and duct-related work
We take pride in doing clean, detailed work the right way with strong systems and expectations.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
– Removing attic insulation using commercial vacuum systems
– Bagging and disposing of contaminated materials
– Rodent proofing using galvanized steel mesh, flashing, mortar, and proper exclusion methods
– Sanitizing attics and crawlspaces
– Installing batt or blown insulation
– Setting up containment and protecting client homes
– Using ladders, crawlspaces, tight attic spaces, and working in hot environments
– Taking photos and documenting work properly
– Following crew lead instructions and company systems daily
**Requirements:**
– Prior experience in attic cleaning, insulation, crawlspace, restoration, roofing, HVAC, pest control, or similar trade preferred
– Must be physically capable of attic and crawlspace work
– Comfortable working in hot conditions and tight spaces
– Must have reliable transportation
– Must be dependable and show up consistently
– Must communicate properly with crew leads and office staff
– Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
– Driver’s license preferred
– Experience driving with trailers is a plus
