Our members expect an elevated experience, and we’re looking for a Membership Experience Coordinator to ensure every visit is seamless, welcoming, and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Greet and assist members, ensuring a warm and personalized experience from check‐in to check‐out.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, service scheduling, and session confirmations to optimize efficiency.
- Facility & Equipment Assistance: Guide members in and out of wellness equipment (such as infrared saunas, hyperbaric chambers, or cryotherapy) while ensuring proper use and comfort.
- Hospitality & Service Excellence: Anticipate member needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and elevate the customer journey.
- Operational Support: Maintain the flow of services by coordinating with practitioners, ensuring a smooth daily operation.
- Technology & Systems: Utilize MedHouse’s scheduling software and CRM to track member visits, preferences, and feedback.
- Environment & Atmosphere: Assist in maintaining a pristine, welcoming space that reflects the MedHouse brand and ethos.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in hospitality, luxury concierge, spa/wellness, or high‐end customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and create a seamless flow of operations.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and membership‐based services is a plus. Interest in health, wellness, and longevity treatments is a bonus.
