We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team at our Santa Ana office.
PAY: $25+ per hour DOE (depending on experience)
SCHEDULE: Full-time position with a rotating weekly schedule:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The schedule will rotate between these shifts each week.
REQUIREMENTS:
Recruiting or staffing experience required
Excellent communication and people skills
Organized and dependable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable speaking with and interviewing candidates
Bilingual is a plus
Must be reliable and professional
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit and screen potential candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process
Follow up with applicants
Source candidates through various recruiting channels
Maintain candidate information and records
Assist with onboarding and staffing needs
LOCATION: Santa Ana, CA
PAY: $25+ per hour, based on experience
