JOB PURPOSE: Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies for the LED Lighting
JOB DUTIES:
• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Solders, Tapes parts together, Measures Wire Length
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit.
• Assembles LED lighting fixtures
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Carefully test the partly-assembled parts before performing the final assembling; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• AA in Electrical Technology or Equivalent (will consider high school diploma if experienced and qualified)
• 0 – 3 years of fabrication and manual machining experience
• Soldering Experience
• Soldering Certificate a plus
Pay Rate:
• $21/hr~$24/hr depends on experience
