NOW HIRING: RENTAL CAR AGENT – LAKE ELSINORE, CA
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Rental Car Agent to join our team at our Lake Elsinore location.
Schedule and Benefits:
Operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Every Sunday off
Closed on all major holidays

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle pick-ups, and returns
Prepare and close rental contracts accurately
Verify driver’s licenses, insurance, and required documentation
Inspect vehicles and record mileage, fuel levels, and condition
Collect payments and deposits when applicable
Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and key control
Communicate professionally with customers, dealership staff, and management
Complete daily reports and maintain a clean, organized rental office
Qualifications:
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and learning rental software
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer-service or rental-car experience is preferred but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
