HVAC Lead Installer / Service Technician
• EPA Certified
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Clean DMV record
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Experience with split systems, package units, mini splits, zoning systems, duct design, brazing,
and superheat/subcool charging
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Occasional overtime/weekends as needed
HVAC Helper
• 6 months–1 year HVAC experience preferred (or related construction experience)
• EPA Certified
• Clean DMV record
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Team player
• Knowledge of proper brazing methods is a plus
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
