What We're Looking For
✔ Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
✔ Positive, professional attitude
✔ Reliable and responsible
✔ Patient and compassionate
✔ Comfortable working one-on-one with adults
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
✔ Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not always required
