Live-In House Manager – Men's Sober Living Home (Diamond Bar, CA)
We're looking for a dependable, level-headed person in solid recovery to live on-site and manage a six-bed men's sober living home in a quiet Diamond Bar neighborhood.
WHAT WE OFFER
Private room, provided as part of the job
$18 to $20 per hour, paid for all hours worked
W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor)
About 20 scheduled hours per week, mainly weekday evenings plus weekend shifts, with possible on-call time
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Keep the house safe, clean, and running smoothly
Enforce house rules, including curfew, quiet hours, the visitor policy, and chores
Administer drug and alcohol testing and keep simple written records
Calm minor disagreements between residents and call for help when needed
Help the house be a good neighbor by keeping noise down and the property tidy
Report repairs, maintenance problems, and incidents to the owner
This is a house management role. It does not involve counseling or treatment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
At least one year of continuous sobriety and a commitment to stay sober
Calm under pressure, reliable, and fair
Comfortable keeping basic written logs
Reliable transportation required
Able to pass a background check
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
