Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end plumbing and related IT infrastructure projects across commercial properties
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate work with IT, facilities, and external plumbing contractors and vendors
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation and contingency plans
- Ensure integration of plumbing systems with building management and related software tools
- Prepare and deliver clear status reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Manage change requests, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and standards
