Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of software projects for plumbing and facilities clients
- Translate client plumbing and workflow requirements into clear technical specifications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and QAManage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Identify and mitigate project risks and remove delivery roadblocks
- Communicate project status and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards, user acceptance, and successful go-live
- Collaborate with product and engineering to refine features and roadmap
- Track project metrics and report on performance and improvements
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
