About Us:
We are a busy, 24-hour smoke shop looking for reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. Since we never close, we offer flexible scheduling and a fast-paced work environment.
The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our shop. You will assist customers in finding the right products, handle cash transactions, and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Educate customers on products (glass, vapes, CBD, delta-8, accessories).
Operate the cash register and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display cases.
Restock inventory and monitor stock levels.
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed (especially during late-night hours).
Requirements:
Must be 21+ (or 18+ depending on state laws).
Open Availability: Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliability: A strong attendance record is a must. We are a 24-hour operation; if you don't show up, the shift doesn't get covered.
Cash Handling Experience: Preferred but not required.
Knowledge: Familiarity with smoking accessories and vaping products is a huge plus.
TCG: We are expanding to include multiple popular TCG products knowledge is greatly valued
Social Media: We do film and post so being comfortable with cameras is a must.
