Sales & Growth Manager, Remote / Part-Time
Established National Bachelor & Bachelorette Party Company
We are an established national entertainment and event company looking for an experienced Sales & Growth Manager to help manage, improve and grow our inbound sales operation.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who understands sales, knows how to manage people, can identify why leads are not closing, and can improve the systems around the sales team.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and coach our existing sales team
• Review inbound leads and CRM pipelines
• Identify missed, stalled and lost opportunities
• Improve follow-up and closing processes
• Hold weekly individual pipeline meetings with sales reps
• Review calls, texts and emails to identify sales issues
• Improve sales scripts, offers and promotions
• Work directly with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
• Help launch and monetize new packages and revenue opportunities
• Track sales KPIs and hold the team accountable
• Report directly to the CEO

Your job is to help connect the pieces, improve the sales process and grow revenue.
Who We’re Looking For
• Proven sales management or revenue growth experience
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and closing
• Experience coaching and managing salespeople
• Comfortable reviewing pipelines and diagnosing lost opportunities
• CRM experience, GoHighLevel is a plus
• Highly organized and self-managing
• Comfortable working in the bachelor/bachelorette party and entertainment industry
• Comfortable managing a distributed U.S. and international team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Industry Fit
Our company operates in the bachelor and bachelorette party, nightlife, entertainment and event-services industry. Our services include private entertainment, party packages, performers, bartenders, party transportation and other celebration-focused experiences.
Candidates must be comfortable working professionally within this industry, discussing our services with customers and managing a sales team that sells entertainment-based experiences. You should have an open-minded, professional attitude and be comfortable with the terminology and conversations that naturally come with bachelor and bachelorette party bookings.
Position
Part-Time | Remote | 1099
Approximately 15-25 hours per week to start.
Compensation includes a monthly base plus performance incentives, based on experience.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys walking into an established company, finding the gaps, organizing the sales operation and turning more existing opportunities into revenue.
