Bachelor & Bachelorette Party Company | Remote
Established national bachelor and bachelorette party planning company is hiring a Commissioned Sales Rep / Booking Manager to handle inbound leads and phone calls.
We generate the leads. You answer the phone, respond quickly, help customers choose entertainment and party packages, follow up, and close the booking.
This is a fun, fast-paced entertainment industry. Our customers are planning bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and private events, so you need to be outgoing, professional, open-minded, and have a good sense of humor.
What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound sales calls during scheduled coverage
• Respond to text, email, and website inquiries
• Recommend party and entertainment packages
• Send quotes and follow up with leads
• Close sales and collect deposits
• Update customer information in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
• Strong phone and sales skills
• Confident closer with great follow-up
• Reliable during scheduled phone coverage
• Outgoing personality with a thick skin and sense of humor
• Comfortable working in the bachelor/bachelorette party industry
• Able to work independently from home
• Evening and weekend availability is a plus

Compensation & Schedule
20% Commission
Flexible, remote schedule with assigned phone coverage.
