JANITORIAL NIGHT MANAGER

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Night Manager in Las Vegas. You own cleaning quality after dark. Each night you visit 3 to 4 commercial buildings, walk them with the crews, check the work against the scope, and make sure every area meets the standard before you leave. You lead through coaching and relationships, not pressure.

WHAT YOUR NIGHT LOOKS LIKE
- Visit 3 to 4 buildings mid-clean or end-of-clean for final walkthroughs
- Audit each scope of work and verify hot spots are spotless
- Coach crews on the City Wide cleaning process, in English and Spanish
- Detail hard-to-reach areas yourself so every site shines
- Send photo recaps from your phone so day managers can brief clients
MUST HAVE
- Bilingual English and Spanish. This is required, not preferred. You coach crews in both languages.
- Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience (janitorial strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations
- Able to lead and influence crews through relationships, not force
- Able to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for nightly building visits
- Able to work nights, year-round
- Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and send reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
NICE TO HAVE
- Janitorial workloading and labor planning for new accounts
- Running floor machines like auto scrubbers
- Basic handyman skills, like mounting wall dispensers
- Experience supervising custodial, EVS, or cleaning teams
