A management consulting firm is building a bench of experienced hotel and casino operations executives to support current and upcoming client engagements. We have an immediate opportunity involving labor cost optimization and workforce planning at a large hospitality property.
We are seeking professionals who have held senior operating positions at full-service hotels, resorts or casinos and have direct experience managing labor budgets, staffing levels and operational productivity.
Relevant experience:
- Former Director of Workforce Management, Director of Labor Planning, Director of Hotel Operations, Director of Rooms or comparable executive.
- Direct responsibility for payroll budgets, staffing forecasts, scheduling and labor productivity.
- Experience overseeing multiple hotel or casino departments and working with senior leadership.
- Ability to evaluate operating performance and develop practical recommendations for clients.

Our immediate need is for a project-based consulting engagement. We are also building a bench of professionals for future assignments across hospitality operations, workforce planning and labor cost management.
Successful engagements may lead to recurring assignments and potentially long-term employment as our consulting practice grows.
