Maintenance Technician / Handyman (Entry-Level to Experienced) and Disabled Veteran Welcome

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our maintenance crew. We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills will have opportunities for increased pay based on reliability, performance, and skill growth.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
General house construction and repair work
Painting and drywall repair
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks at residential properties
Maintain a professional and respectful presence on job sites
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and consistent punctuality
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and take direction
Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred but not required
Tools
Basic tools will be provided initially. Contractors are encouraged to gradually build and maintain their own tool sets as they grow in the role.
Compensation & Structure
$25–$30 per hour depending on experience and skill
Independent contractor (1099) position
